Hussain Al Nowais's Bio:

Hussain al Nowais is a successful investor, business strategist and global industrialist that serves as the Chairman of Al Nowais Investments, a family-owned business based in Abu Dhabi with 25 subsidiaries. Hussain Al Nowais possesses over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries, including real estate, construction, energy and investments. Inspired by his self-made businessman father, he began his career as an entrepreneur, starting his first business in 1979.   Since 2007, Hussain Al Nowais has served as the Chairman of Waha Capital, an investment company with a thriving business network throughout the Middle East. In addition to his roles at Al Nowais Investments and Waha Capital, Hussain al Nowais was also selected by the Abu Dhabi government to chair the United Arab Emirate’s largest industrial conglomerate, the Senaat. The Senaat oversees 25.3 billion AED assets for the Abu Dhabi government. Hussain al Nowais is also the Chairman of the Khalifa Fund and a Board of Trustees Member to Khalifa University, an institution that focuses on science education.       Hussain al Nowais maintains leadership roles in numerous other private and public organizations, and currently resides in Abu Dhabi with his wife, two sons and daughter.
